Who to Contact if You Need Help

Send your problem via e-mail to . Please include specific information about the issue to help us quickly investigate the problem.  E.g. If emailing from a non-SCI address include your SCI username.  If it is a system problem, please include the hostname of the system and not just “my desktop”.

Doing so, you will receive an automated response indicating that a ticket has been generated. Your problem will be dealt with as quickly as possible. Should you need to refer to the problem again, please refer using the ticket number you’ve received. Please don’t include cc email addresses. If you need other people cc’d on your ticket please list them in the email when you send it. This prevents multiple tickets being created on the same issue.
